The Pollution Control Plant Optimization Upgrades and Aerated Sludge Tanks project in St. Thomas focused on modernizing critical wastewater infrastructure to support long-term growth, operational efficiency, and environmental performance. Fritz-Alder Precast supplied and installed the precast concrete and hollowcore for the pumping building and blower building as part of the facility upgrades, supporting improved sludge handling, aeration, and overall treatment plant reliability. The project plays an important role in helping the City of St. Thomas enhance wastewater treatment capacity while supporting future community and industrial growth.
