Fritz-Alder Precast is growing again and seeking full-time experienced AZ Drivers for local routes to join our team. We have day and night shifts available, and one of the key benefits of this role is that you will be able to return home daily, providing a great work-life balance.

 

Responsibilities:

• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the assigned vehicle.

• Safely and efficiently operate a commercial vehicle to transport goods to specified destinations.

• Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations as well as company policies and procedures.

• Load and unload precast products using appropriate equipment and techniques.

• Maintain accurate records, including logbooks, inspection reports, and delivery documentation.

• Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and team members.

• Ensure the security and proper handling of all transported items.

• Follow designated routes and schedules to meet delivery deadlines.

• Perform basic maintenance tasks on the vehicle as needed.

• Adhere to safety standards and protocols at all times.

• Clean trucks and trailers daily.

 

Qualifications:

• Valid AZ driver's license with a clean driving record.

• Proven experience as an AZ Driver or similar role.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.

• Excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
