About Us: Since 1972, Fritz-Alder Precast has produced and installed precast concrete products, leading the way through innovation. Fritz-Alder is growing again and seeking a full-time experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team.
Position Overview: You will be responsible for maintaining and repairing various types of equipment. This hands-on position requires mechanical knowledge and the ability to work with power and hand tools.
Responsibilities:
Perform repairs and preventive maintenance service to ensure optimal performance of machinery, including telehandlers, skid steer, rubber tired gantry crane, overhead cranes, batch plants, trucks and trailers.
Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues.
Collaborate with other team members to complete repairs in a timely manner.
Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
Other maintenance-related work as required.
Qualifications:
Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical manuals
Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude
Experience maintaining and repairing equipment, preferably heavy equipment
Familiarity with power tools and hand tools
