We’re thrilled to announce that our work on Northport Meadows in Port Elgin has been recognized with the Ontario Concrete Award in the Precast – Mid to Highrise Residential category, a huge honour for our entire Fritz-Alder Precast team and all partners involved.
This project showcases what’s possible when smart design meets precision precast. Working with Barry’s Construction and David James Diebel Architect Inc., we supplied and installed a full structural precast system.
A standout feature? Custom four-sided precast columns produced in a vertical form to deliver clean finishes on every face.
Thanks to the efficiency of precast, the building was fully enclosed with its façade in just three months, accelerating progress on this much-needed rental development for the growing Port Elgin community.
